I’m based in Sydney and have six years’ experience capturing love stories. My style is fine art photography, a mix of honest documentation and fine portraiture, with a delicate, romantic, and emotive touch. I adore natural light and have mastered ways to manipulate it over the years.
My photography journey began 10 years ago when I spent all my hard-earned money from a waiter job to buy my first DSLR camera. I spent every afternoon chasing the last sunbeam around Sydney and started to see everything differently, a wonderful world of beauty. I’m a husband to Moon, and daddy to Summer and since she was born, I’ve been capturing daily photos of her after realising I was really capturing memories that tell a story and will last forever.
Eight years ago, during my first wedding shoot, something clicked, and I discovered my passion for LOVE. Love creates happiness, expressed in the couple’s face or the tear drops in their eyes. Since then, I’ve devoted my life to capturing weddings, one the happiest moments in a couple’s life.
My photography is an expression of what I am most passionate about: storytelling, simplicity and human interaction. I see beauty in everything and in everyone.
Feeling a bit awkward in front of the camera is entirely normal, and every couple I’ve shot feels this way before the wedding. Afterwards, my couples have always told me they can’t believe how easy it was. I strive to keep my images as natural as possible and will not have you posing stiffly as this will look unnatural and unlike you. I want you to be comfortable and have fun. That’s when we will get the most naturally beautiful photographs.
I want to make a special mention to the fact that I don't outsource the editing process. I spend a lot of time to craft and edit every single image, and my average delivery for each wedding is 700-800 photos. I pride myself on my ability to maintain the perfect skin tone, no matter how dramatically different the getting ready, church, outdoor or dark reception lighting is. I work hard to ensure your skin tone is consistent throughout the day, so the photos are a true representation of you.
